What Are The Payment Methods Available?
Payment methods that can be used are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.
Cash on delivery as of now, is not available.
Which Currency is Displayed On The Care Doggie® Website?
All our products are listed in EUR, however they will be shown in your own currency (or you can change it to your currency if you wish) until checkout. This is where you will see the price change to EUR. This is converted at the current conversion rate of the day you and time your purchase, which mean you will not pay anymore than what you would have in your own currency. Sometimes it can work in your favour and be cheaper.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How Much Are The Shipping Charges?
Worldwide shipping is FREE.
We use Air Mail and that is meaning there are NO extra custom fees for the customer.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
The average order time that our products are being delivered to our customers is 7-10 working days from shipping.
Our shipping can sometimes take from 5-15 working days depending on where you live in the world and which one of our global factories we ship your item from.
How Do I Track My Order?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Be Delivered?
The duration of the shipping depends on the product and the location.
We ship from several warehouses around the world. Usually, it will take around 7-10 Working days for the order to be delivered. However, some countries can take longer with certain customs clearance.
Care Doggie® works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you.
This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take up to 2 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.
How Secure Is My Personal Information?
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Proceed to checkout.
Enter your shipping and billing details.

Can I Edit My Order Or My Details?
Unfortunately, please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. This is usually within 30mins to 1hr of placing your order
If you wish to change anything about your order, please contact us or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2-4 hours of placing your order. If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.
Can I Cancel My Order Once It Has Been Placed?
Unfortunately, we can only try to cancel your order if it has been within 2-4hrs of your order, otherwise, we are unable to cancel it.
We are very sorry but, there is no way of stopping the order because our system is automated.
The reason we are unable to cancel your order is that it has already been processed and sent to our shipping dept.
You will need to wait for your item to arrive and then you can ship it back to us for a full refund if you wish. If you would like to do this please email us once your item arrives so we can forward you the returns information.
Any shipping costs will not be refunded though, and the shipping will be your responsibility.
The buyer made the order by mistake or no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at Care Doggie®.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

What If I Receive A Product That Is Damaged?
We always try our best to serve our customers with the best quality products. However, there might be several factors which result in your products to be damaged. If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please write to us at email@example.com
Let us know the problem and don't forget to attach a photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.
We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
